Most shoes have a "negative heel," that is, the heel is lower than the rest of the foot. Even high heels will have a negative heel. This makes your shoulders roll forward, which is bad for your spine as well as heart and lung function.
ABC's heel chips are subtle lifts that fill in the negative angle and bring your shoulders back to their correct position. Bringing your shoulders back relieves the pressure on your heart and lungs.
